Mr. Agrippa – By TLV2GO
Your Jerusalem Stay
First Impressions
Walking up to Mr. Agrippa – By TLV2GO on Mazor Street, you immediately get the sense that this isn’t your typical tourist hotel. The building has this understated charm that feels authentically Jerusalem — no flashy signs or over-the-top entrance, just solid stone architecture that blends right into the neighborhood. I mean, you’re staying in a place that actually feels like part of the city rather than some isolated bubble, which honestly makes all the difference when you’re trying to experience the real Jerusalem.
The Neighborhood Advantage
Here’s what I love about this location — you’re positioned perfectly between the old and new parts of the city. Mazor Street sits in this sweet spot where you can walk to the major sites without feeling like you’re stuck in the middle of tourist central. The light rail is close enough that getting around is actually pretty easy, and there are these little local cafes and shops nearby that most visitors never discover. You know what’s great? You can grab your morning coffee from a place where locals go, not some overpriced hotel lobby setup.
The Room Experience
The room itself surprised me — it’s got this modern, clean aesthetic without being sterile. The beds are comfortable (and I’m picky about that), and the bathroom is well-designed with good water pressure, which you don’t always get in older Jerusalem buildings. What really stood out was the attention to practical details — plenty of outlets, decent Wi-Fi, and windows that actually open so you can hear the city waking up in the morning. It’s not fancy, but everything works exactly as it should.
Why Couples Keep Coming Back
I can see why couples rate this place so highly — there’s something intimate about the scale of the hotel that makes it feel more personal than those big chain places. The three-star rating might seem modest, but honestly, sometimes that works in your favor because the staff actually knows who you are and remembers your preferences. Plus, when you’re exploring Jerusalem together, you want a comfortable base that doesn’t eat up half your budget, and this place delivers on that front without cutting corners on the essentials.
Why Guests Love It
The 8.6 rating tells the real story here — this is a place that consistently delivers what it promises. Recent guests keep highlighting the location, and after staying here, I totally get it. You’re close enough to walk to the Old City when you want that intense historical experience, but you can also retreat to a quieter street when you need to decompress. The TLV2GO management seems to understand that travelers want authenticity without sacrificing comfort, and they’ve found that balance really well. It’s the kind of place you’d actually recommend to friends without any hesitation.

Guest Reviews
The location is perfect, close to the old city by light train or walking 30 minutes Many attractions, restaurants, market etc close by. Also near to the central station.
The apartment is excellent, clean, comfortable, perfect instructions and host is very easy to contact with fast response.
What could be improved: All is perfect!
Comfortable, well equipped, beautiful. Wonderful shared rooftop with comfy seats and beautiful view of the house of Parliament and the green around it. Lovely quirky alley to my room. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine with a few capsules. Easy to find using the instructions and map attached upon check in. Excellent location, within a short walk to the market with plenty of places to eat, as well as the train station and the light train.
Beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with Shabbat accommodations and rooftop access. Perfect location!
This little unit helped our already awesome trip to Israel even better.
It was as the pictures showed.
I like close proximity to many shops) markets/tram line/buses and Old Jerusalem
Cute little unit, modern decor, simple and practical, good utensils n plates, cookware etc in kitchen.
Great for two mates traveling or couple.
Security lockouts roll shutters and safety lock on door was very good.
Clean and tidy on arrival.
Staff were friendly and fast replies.
Thank you to Shir-TLV2GO Guest Service Agent who was across enquiries and early arrival-great attitude and patience. Erin too-thank you.
Would definitely recommend... and hope to return to Jerusalem... and would certainly stay there again.
Was a good location, nice apartment manager who answered my questions quickly.
If I could ask for anything, it would be the addition of coffee mugs. The glass cups in the apartment are sufficient but too small for me, larger cups would have made my stay perfect.
Comfy!
What could be improved: Communication is rather cold
It was very clean, new and very modern. It gave very detailed explanations about all the things and the devices in the appartment. We enjoyed a lot the rooftop.
What could be improved: Despite the explanations I couldn’t use the TV channels (only the Netflix). The next day I asked for more detailes I got some more instructions and we managed to see also the other channels, so in the end everything was great. The closest parking was pretty expensive.
Everything was above my expectations, good value for money.
What could be improved: The air-conditioning didn't work, they tried to fixed it but it wasn't fixed.
I had a room on the ground floor without mobile reception.
Ideal location. Spacious apartment for the money. Kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was attentive and helpful.
What could be improved: The only thing we did not like was the lack of instructions for using the stove. We could not figure out how to use it and there was no manual and no easy way to find instructions online.
Very clean apartment in the new building. Lack of small kitchen wares was a little disappointing, but otherwise everything was great for 2 adults with a kid. Very polite people in TLV2GO managed to pull of early check-in and late check-out on a very short notice
What could be improved: Definitely not enough power outlets for everything you need in the kitchen. You have only 2 outlets and 4 electric devices. So you have to pick coffee machine or kettle, electric stove or microwave. Electric roller shutters is not installed correctly. So you should be ready push very much inside its housing, if you need to get access to very little balcony. There was no broom, but there was a dustpan
