L'appartement est situé près du grand marché et du tram qui dessert la vieille ville avec une belle terrasse.

What could be improved: le plus difficile est le stationnement et le parking payant proche de l'appartement est assez cher.

O apartamento é sensacional. Apartamento grande, bem localizado, próximo a pontos de ônibus e estacão para o mar morto, Jordão, Belém... Refrigerado com ar condicionado, completo, não sentimos falta de nada, só elogios. Recomendo demais.

Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist traumhaft. Yehuda Market, Supermärkte, S-Bahn und Bushaltestellen, Lokale ohne Ende - alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung selbst geht über zwei Stockwerke und hat in der unteren Etage drei Schlafzimmer (ein großes und zwei kleinere), ein Bad und Waschmaschine-Trockner-Raum. In der oberen Etage zwei Balkone, Küche und Wohn-Essbereich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auf den Balkonen lässt sich die Sonne genießen.
Die Wohnung war sauber und es gab kein Ungeziefer. Vorab gab es viele hilfreiche Informationen von der Vermieterin, der Kontakt war unkompliziert und schnell.
Für uns hat die Wohnung ausgezeichnet gepasst. Mit den kleineren Einschränkungen konnten wir uns gut arrangieren, haben sie nur der Vollständigkeit halber erwähnt

What could be improved: Klimaanlage jeweils nur für komplette Etage an- oder abschaltbar
das Geschirr-System mit der Trennung zwischen Milch und Fleisch hat uns immer wieder verunsichert, obwohl wir doch einiges darüber wissen. Da wäre eine kurze Erklärung für Nicht-Juden noch hilfreich
in den kleineren Schlafzimmern gibt es wenig Stauraum

Die Lage ist absolut überragend und die Vermieterin super nett und per E-Mail schnell erreichbar.
2 tolle Bakone mit viel Sonne und tollem Blick auf die Knesset.
Die Bahn ist sehr nah, die Attraktion Mahane Yehuda gleich vor der Ecke, wo wir oft gut und günstig eingekauft haben.
Es lässt sich von dort aber auch vieles gut zu Fuß erreichen, weshalb wir selten die Bahn benutzt haben.

What could be improved: Im Hauseingang stank es immer leicht, hat aber mit der Wohnung gar nichts zu tun.
Insgesamt hätte die Wohnung vielleicht noch etwas sauberer sein können.

דופלקס מקסים ומפנק באזור מצויין ממש 2 דקות הליכה משוק מחנה יהודה ובקרבת תחנות אוטובוס והרכבת הקלה.
כמו כן בעלת הדירה מקסימה גם כן ואיפשרה לנו להיכנס לדירה מוקדם יותר מהצ'ק אין שרשום והשאירה חטיפים לילדים.
ממליץ בחום ונשמח לחזור להתארח שוב.
