JTower Royal Suites – Alefimmoed
Your Jerusalem Stay
First Impressions
Walking into JTower Royal Suites – Alefimmoed, you immediately sense you’ve found something special in the heart of Jerusalem. The lobby has this refined elegance that feels both modern and respectful of the city’s ancient character — honestly, it’s exactly what you’d hope for in a four-star property on Jaffa Street. The staff greets you with genuine warmth, and there’s this immediate feeling that they actually care about making your stay memorable rather than just checking you in.
Location & Neighborhood
You know what really struck me about this place? The location is absolutely unbeatable — I mean, you’re literally at 105 Jaffa Street, which puts you right in the pulse of Jerusalem. Within minutes, you can walk to the Old City, hit the bustling Mahane Yehuda Market, or explore the trendy cafes that line the streets. The fact that couples rate this spot so highly makes perfect sense when you’re strolling hand-in-hand through these historic neighborhoods. Plus, having private parking on-site is honestly a godsend in this part of the city where finding a spot can be a real headache.
The Suites
The suites themselves feel spacious and thoughtfully designed — there’s this nice balance between contemporary comfort and subtle nods to local culture. What I really appreciated was the attention to detail in the furnishings and the way natural light fills the rooms during the day. The beds are genuinely comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the bathrooms have this upscale feel with quality fixtures. You’ll find little touches that show someone actually thought about what travelers need, like proper lighting for reading and enough outlets for all your devices.
Dining & Amenities
The breakfast spread is quite impressive — fresh local ingredients, traditional Middle Eastern options alongside familiar international choices. I found myself lingering over coffee longer than usual, partly because the dining area has this relaxed atmosphere where you don’t feel rushed. The hotel’s amenities feel well-maintained and actually useful rather than just for show. There’s something to be said for a place that focuses on doing the essentials really well instead of overwhelming you with unnecessary extras.
Why Guests Love It
What keeps bringing people back to JTower Royal Suites – Alefimmoed is this combination of prime location and genuine hospitality that’s hard to find. The 8.8 rating reflects what you experience daily — staff who remember your preferences, a location that puts Jerusalem’s best attractions at your doorstep, and rooms that actually feel like a retreat after long days of exploring. Whether you’re here for the historical sites, the vibrant food scene, or just soaking in the unique energy of this ancient city, you’ll find yourself perfectly positioned to experience it all without the tourist-trap feeling that plagues so many Jerusalem hotels.

Guest Reviews
The location was excellent. Good value for the apartment. The only slight issue was the staff not having flexibility about check in time and also rushing us to be out by the designated check out time.
Great appartment amazing location comfortable clean thank you very much
The property was in a great location. The unit felt pretty spacious. It was really close to the Shuk, Ben Yehuda and Me’Ah Shearim. It was walking distance to the Kotel as well as Mamilla Mall. It is right at the light rail so traveling to the Central Bus Station and the train station was really quick and easy to get to. The elevators also moved quickly to get to each floor and there are 2 Shabbos elevators. They provided pack’n plays for the babies. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It was also really nice that Chabad provided free Chanukiyot sets and Shabbos candles in the lobby.
What could be improved: Since the property was directly on the light rail, arriving or departing in a car with luggage was a bit challenging if you have a a young family who cannot help with pulling their own luggage.
It would have been nice if the owner of our unit supplied hangers and some cleaning supplies.
Everything was nice, new and very clean. There were extra towels, blankets, bed sheets and toilet paper!! The view from the windows was incredible!
The apartment is nice, the location is great, the parking is a lifesaver and the overall building is nice.
What could be improved: The general issue is that the maintenance is not taken care of and the apartment is not prepared in advance, most issues were fixed just the second day.
We booked for 7 people plus a crib when we arrived there were just 5 beds and one couch, two of my children slept together on the couch the first night and then the second day a second bed was brought.
The lock of the door was malfunctioning and wasn't automatically closing, when the maintenance guy came to bring the extra bed, he left the front door unlocked.
Two small things, the smoke detector was beeping because of low batteries, but the maintenance person came to change the batteries, and a light bulb created a short circuit and it caused all the lights in the living area to go off, we then found the fuse and turned them on.
Another issue is that one of the curtains in the bedroom doesn't work and the maintenance guy couldn't fix it.
Loved the location and facilities
We liked the centrality of the location.
What could be improved: We did not like that the AC was not working and it was very hot. In our other apartment, the refrigerator did not work.
Very comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Staff were very responsive and accommodating.
What could be improved: Hot water took time to heat and was not sufficient for 9 of us.
Spacious, nice balcony, nice lobby
What could be improved: Beds should be bigger
The apartment was just what we were looking for - a great location, clean, roomy, well-equipped kitchen, and the view was mesmerizing at night!
Also, the host was quick to answer any of our questions. A great find in Jerusalem!
What could be improved: I would have given the apartment 10 stars except some of the mattresses on the bunk beds had a spring broken causing it to be lumpy. The kids complained they could not sleep well because of it. I hope this problem is taken care of soon. Otherwise, a great place.
