The Old City is close enough that you can walk there easily (maybe 15 minutes at a comfortable pace), but you’re also right near the more modern parts of East Jerusalem where actual life happens. There’s something refreshing about stepping out and seeing local cafes and shops instead of just souvenir stands. Couples seem to particularly appreciate this balance — you get that romantic Jerusalem atmosphere without feeling like you’re trapped in a tourist bubble.

The Rooms

My room had this wonderful mix of traditional Middle Eastern touches and modern comfort that actually worked.
